Hand-Rolled Norwegian Salmon Sushi

  • Chop Norwegian Salmon to be served raw. Mix with chopped chives.
  • Cut the other Norwegian salmon into strips. Cut the yam, cucumber, and egg into similar-sized strips. Remove roots from white radish sprouts.
  • Slice onions and place in water. Peel and remove the avocado stone and cut into thin slices.
  • Roll rice and ingredient of choice in seaweed sheet.

1   Avocado
8   Beefsteak plant leaves(“shiso”)
4 large sheets   Seaweed (" nori")
3 cups   Vinegar rice for sushi
